THE CHALLENGE:
With a high volume of visitors accessing and making purchases on the SelectATicket.com website every day, reducing shopping cart abandonment was the number one priority to increase revenue.
THE SOLUTION:
Obsidian Launch measured existing abandonment rates and utilized keyboard/mouse “recordings” to identify abandonment points. An alternative design, complimenting user behavior, was tested through standardized split testing. The new shopping cart design increased completed purchases by 5.2%, dramatically improving the bottom line.
